混棉机/大仓混棉

产品应用：将原料初步开松并混合，原料**称重配比。

开松机

产品应用：将前道经过初步开松混合的纤维开松混合，并通过输棉风机输送至下道工序。

气压棉箱

产品应用：将精开松混合后的纤维形成均匀的面层连续输给下道梳理工序。

梳理机

产品应用：涤纶、丙纶、粘胶、尼龙、玻璃纤维、碳纤维、石英纤维等多种纤维的 梳理。

铺网机

产品应用：将梳理后的纤网均匀折叠铺设成型后输送至下道工序

高速针刺机

产品应用：使纤维纠结缠绕从而加固并定型纤维网，正反面针刺加固及修饰

热轧机

产品应用：高温高压轧光处理，已使产品达到所需的一定厚度、性能和外观

成卷机

产品应用：将软绵分切成所需要的片块或打卷所需规格。

边角料开松机

产品应用：重新把无纺生产的一些边料加工处理成纤维以便利用
